MAD Academy 2026 Annual Fundraising Campaign
Greetings from the MAD Academy Board!
Every year, MAD families make it possible for our students to learn with the tools and technology that keep the program creative and innovative.
This year’s goal: 34 new monitors in Lab 92L
Lab 92L serves our 9th and 10th graders and hosts MAT 105, MAT 112, MAT 131, and GDP 110. The lab’s computers are four years old, but its monitors are more than ten, and some have started flickering. At about $1,500 each, replacing all 34 comes to $51,000, our goal for the year.
MAD can’t thrive without the support of its families. Every donation, large or small, keeps the academy current, creative, and impactful for every student.

The MAD Academy Board is a group of parents and community members who support the Santa Barbara High School Media Arts and Design Academy’s directors, staff, and students through fundraising while building community involvement in the program.
